  • Rental rates are calculated per week in £ Sterling, however, minimum booking periods apply according to the rental laws of Majorca

  • A deposit of 25% of the full amount is payable on agreement of the tenancy. 

  • Balance due eight weeks before start of the tenancy.

  • A refundable £300 security deposit is required against excessive cleaning costs and damages.
