The apartment is on the 4th floor, with lift, of a modern building just behind the town square, 400 metres from the seafront.  The sun terrace is huge with sunbeds, dining table (can seat up to 6), built in BBQ and separate preparation area with sink.  Both the sitting/dining room and master bedroom have patio doors leading out onto the sun terrace which runs the length of the apartment.  The sitting/dining room is modern, comfortable and tastefully decorated in an oriental sytle and has a portable dock for music plus TV  DVD and Sat TV with UK channels.  


The kitchen is fully equipped with all usual appliances including microwave, dishwasher, hob, oven, separate electric griddle, coffee machine, blender, etc.  There is a 'hidden' large utility cupboard housing a Bosch washing machine and tumble drier.  The beds are comfortable with Egyptian cotton bedlinen and towels.  


All rooms (including kitchen) have air-conditioning.

The terrace faces west and has views over the stunning Tramuntana mountain range with the sun remaining on the terrace to the very end of the day.  There is a large electrically operated, retractable sun awning that covers the entire dining area for those who prefer some shade.  It is also possible to have have it partially open -giving the option for both sun and shade - all at the press of a button on the remote control.

The apartment has a double aspect as the Bay of Pollenca and mountains behind that can be seen from kitchen windows where the morning sun streams in making the apartment extremely light and airy.

40 VB is right in the centre, about 200 metres from the main square.  There are many restaurants all in walking distance and the seafront is about 400 metres away.  It really is a fantastic location and although in the centre, it isn’t noisy because, as a penthouse apartment, it is right on the roof, set back from the front ‘edge’ of the building, so you just look out over the terracotta roof tiles and you can’t even see the street below.
